Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical-Surgical Unit at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield Massachusetts.

In this role you will provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions while working as part of a collaborative community hospital team.

Our Medical-Surgical team offers the variety that makes community hospital nursing unique. Nurses care for patients across a range of diagnoses ages and acuity levels with exposure to MedSurg telemetry intermediate care and ED overflow. As a MedSurg RN youll build broad clinical experience while caring for diverse patients in a collaborative team environment.

In this role you will:

• Provide safe high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Assess patient needs develop care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills.
