Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient care in hospice settings.
Coordinate with healthcare teams.
Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.

Schedule and Shift Details Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am 6:00 pm 1 weekend per month and 2 holidays per year Travel

Local travel required covering multiple counties.
