Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits to adults and seniors in their homes throughout Philadelphia.

We are especially interested in RNs who live in New Jersey hold a Compact RN license and are willing to work in Philadelphia. To recognize this flexibility we proudly offer higher rates of pay and scheduling flexibility for eligible nurses.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the home
• Complete comprehensive assessments and follow physician orders
• Perform medication management wound care disease management and patient education
• Accurately document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support patient independence safety and quality of life

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Compact license required or must have PA RN license)
• Willingness to provide home visits in Philadelphia
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (home health or med-surg experience a plus)
• Strong clinical judgment and time-management skills
• Compassionate dependable and patient-centered approach

Additional Information:

Base Pay depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$70.00 - $75.00 per point
