Requirements / Qualifications

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or desire to work toward obtaining RBT certification (to be completed within the first 6 months of hire) including:*Complete 40 hours in behavior training through an approved RBT content provider*Complete initial competency assessment*Adherence to BACB ethics and guidelines*Valid drivers license*De-escalation & Safety Care Training (District designated)

Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
