Regional Service Technician

Were seeking a hands-on Regional Service Technician who brings both hands-on technical expertise and strong communication skills to the table. This role blends the responsibilities of a bench technician with the adaptability required to support all aspects of a modern computing environment. Youll serve as a key point of contact for diagnosing and resolving issues related to workstations hardware software networks and more - both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops software hardware networks and basic server environments
• Provide both remote and onsite support to clients delivering a high level of customer service through clear communication responsiveness and a solutions-oriented approach
• Handle escalated tickets and more complex technical issues across environments
• Support Microsoft 365 environments (Azure/virtualization exposure is a plus)
• Assist with server support and virtualization (Hyper-V experience is nice to have)
• Perform hardware diagnostics repairs and system maintenance
• Install and configure operating systems security tools and business applications
• Execute occasional physical networking work (cabling rack setup etc.)
• Document work test solutions and recommend improvements to system performance
• Act as a technical resource for junior team members when needed
• Travel onsite to client locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting experience across hardware OS and networking
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office
• Microsoft 365 experience required; Azure or virtualization exposure is a plus
• Working knowledge of:
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Business networks and user support
  • Basic server environments
• Solid understanding of endpoint security and antivirus tools
• Strong customer service & communication skills including ability to:

• Valid drivers license
