About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive enterprise sales and revenue growth across Generative AI AI/ML Data Engineering Analytics and Cloud transformation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Generate qualified leads acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing accounts
• Build strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Sell AI/ML Generative AI Data Engineering Analytics and cloud solutions
• Present technical solutions and collaborate with technical marketing and delivery teams
• Manage sales pipelines forecasts and reporting using Salesforce
• Represent company at industry events and client meetings; travel as required

Must-Haves:

• Bachelors in Engineering Mathematics Statistics or related field preferred
• 7-10 years in enterprise sales / business development preferably in technology services
• Proven experience selling AI/ML Generative AI Data Engineering Analytics or cloud solutions
• Proven ability to generate leads negotiate contracts and close large enterprise deals
• Strong consultative selling client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication presentation analytical skills
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
