Our client is a global electronics services business focused on repair refurbishment lifecycle management and circular economy solutions.
The business is currently expanding through acquisition and operational growth and this role has been created to support the financial control and integration of newly acquired businesses alongside driving consistency and performance across multiple North American sites.
The Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced Regional Financial Controller to oversee financial operations across five sites and partner closely with operational and executive leadership teams.
This is a high-impact role combining controllership multi-site financial leadership and acquisition integration within a fast-paced evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting across multiple sites in line with US GAAP
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Consolidate regional financial results and provide insights to senior leadership
- Partner with site leaders to analyse performance and drive operational improvements
- Standardise financial processes systems and reporting across all locations
- Lead financial integration activities for newly acquired businesses
- Support ERP alignment reporting structures and control framework implementation
- Manage and develop shared services / offshore accounting teams
- Support budgeting forecasting working capital and profitability initiatives
- Assist with executive and board-level reporting
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- CPA ACCA CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred
- 810 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- Prior experience in a multi-site or multi-entity controllership role
- Experience supporting acquisition integration or new business onboarding
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls
- ERP experience (SAP NetSuite or similar) and advanced Excel skills required
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within manufacturing distribution services or asset-intensive environments preferred
- Private equity or high-growth environment experience is advantageous
