Regional Director of Operations, Senior Living

Tarantino Properties is a full-service real estate company specializing in income producing real estate. Founded in 1980 our company provides a full complement of property management brokerage leasing and renovation services for commercial residential and senior living properties throughout the United States. Tarantino currently manages over $2 Billion in real estate assets.

Tarantino Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations who is an experienced leader and passionate about building winning teams. This individual will join the team and be based in the Phoenix AZ or surrounding areas and play a key role in supporting our senior living communities.

The Regional Director of Operations will represent overall corporate vision planning direction and control to assigned communities in conjunction with the Director of Senior Living. This individual will also develop team members through appropriate training coaching and mentoring to ensure strong operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives to meet company goals and all state and national regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular and in-depth site visits as needed
• Interface with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting forecasting and budgeting processes
• Produce and analyze reports on business data to determine operational excellence and areas for improvement
• Analyze and evaluate competition in the marketplace
• Ensure compliance with all laws rules and regulations in all communities

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership position in Senior Living industry
• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Exceptional problem solving and time management skills
