Job Summary

An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Regional Director of Facilities for their Detroit team!



Responsibilities:

  • Lead team in Michigan region
  • Develop relationships across market sectors
  • Develop growth forecast strategic initiatives performance oversight and business development for the region
  • Build/maintain client relationships
  • Lead the strategy/implementation initiatives to maximize company value
  • Position department for sustained growth consistent with overall company strategic plan
  • Collaborate with division leaders office managers and directors to grow/sustain an integrated practice.
  • Ensure presence in the Region maintains the highest level of regard through quality project performance and client management
  • Participate in community involvement activities
  • Responsible for key performance indicators (project performance project profitability regional staff utilization backlog monitoring)
  • Attract/recruit talent to build a team to maximize productivity
  • Use technical expertise to solve client challenges
  • Mentor/train junior staff
  • Ensure proposals/technical work produced within the Region are high quality
  • Oversee overall performance of Facilities team projects (optimizing tracking)



Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or masters
  • 18 Years of experience with an understanding of market sectors and practice areas involved
  • PE or SE License preferred (with Reciprocity ability)
  • Leadership experience



Salary is commensurate with experience.
