Job Summary

Life Care Centersof America isseeking anexperienced and results-driven Regional ClinicalDirector to joinour leadership teamin support ofthe Mesquite/SilverRegions. This roleprovides clinicalleadership andoperational oversight:



1st position- Skilled NursingFacilities (SNFs)- 4 centers located in- 1 facility inthe Phoenix Arizonaarea and 3 in Nevada (2 in Las Vegas and 1 in Reno)


2nd position- Skilled NursingFacilities (SNFs) -5 centers in Arizona (2 East Valley Payson Globe Yuma)

The Regional ClinicalDirector isexpected to maintaina strong onsitepresence across allfour facilities deliveringstrategic clinical leadership mentoring interdisciplinaryteams anddrivingoperational excellencethrough a consistentrotation schedule.

To effectively supportthe region candidatesmust reside ineither Arizona orNevada and beable to travelregularlybetween assignedfacilities.


This specific position requires a minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.


Previous experience in Point Click Care is required

Position Summary

The Regional Director of Clinical Services directs the operations programs and activities of the region to maintain the highest quality of care and service in accordance with all applicable laws regulations and Life Care standards.

Education Experience and Licensure Requirements
  • Registered nurse with an active state license.
  • At least three years of experience in skilled nursing care or related industry.
  • Knowledge of state and federal guidelines governing post acute and long term care services.
Specific Job Requirements
  • Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws regulations and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility
  • Implement and interpret the programs goals objectives policies and procedures of the department
  • Perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights and safety and sanitation
  • Maintains professional working relationships with all associates vendors etc.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
  • Understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
  • Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Life CaresCode of Conductand completes mandatoryCode of Conductand other appropriate compliance training

  • Assist in the evacuation of patients
  • Demonstrate dependable regular attendance

  • Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
