• Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing parts within the dealership inventory.
• Efficiently sourcing and locating parts when inventory levels are low or items are out of stock.
• Managing parts payment collection and ensuring all parts are accurately billed through both the service department and collision repair shop.
• Coordinating the packaging and shipment of parts back to manufacturers as needed while meticulously completing all required documentation.
• Consulting parts manuals in both printed and electronic formats to precisely identify the correct parts based on the vehicles make model and year.

• Previous experience as an automotive parts advisor is required.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and possess strong organizational abilities.
• A professional appearance is essential along with the availability to work retail hours including Saturdays (closed Sundays).
• An outgoing personality and a talent for building and maintaining relationships making you a true people person.
• Ability to operate a vehicle with a valid drivers license is necessary.
