• MaintainallrefrigerationHVACEMSsystemselectricalandmechanicalsystemsandmakenecessaryrepairs.

• Performs preventative maintenance tasks leak checks inspections and records required information and maintainsjurisdictionallyapplicablerecordsEPAformsandrequireddocumentationinbothpaperformatstore and electronic in Corrigo and Trakref.

• MonitorspreventivemaintenanceworkdonebyoutsidecontractorsandnotifiesAreaRefrigerationManagerof issues or problems with outside contractors.

• ResponsiblefortroubleshootingrefrigerationHVACmechanicalandelectricalproblemsperformingrepairs documenting solutions and recommending further action.

• Maintainsahightechnicallevelintroubleshootingandmaintenanceofmechanicalandelectricalequipment.

• Maintaincurrentlicenseinspectionpermitandcertificaterequirementstomeetallstateandlocalcodes.

• Abletoperformdutieswithahighdegreeofaccuracyandcaretoavoidmechanicalbreakdowns.

• Abletorespondtodirectandradiorequestsassoonas possible.

• AbletomaintainproperneatuniformappearanceofCompanyprovidedworkshirtandemployeeprovidedclean blue jeans without holes or tears.

Thepayrangeis$50.00to$ things like location experience qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
