This role is more than filling vacancies. Its about building strong teams shaping candidate experiences and strengthening our employer brand in a competitive global market.

This is an onsite position located in Broken Arrow OK.

As a part of the team you will:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs.
• Build hiring plan to include but not limited to advertisement technical school outreach.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processesfrom briefing to signed offer.
• Advise leaders on role profiles market insights and selection strategies.
• Source and engage diverse talent through multiple channels.
• Screen and interview candidates with a structured fair approach.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies local regulations and global standards.
• Adheres to all company-wide safety requirements and encourages safe behavior among colleagues. Proactively addresses unsafe actions or conditions in a positive and constructive manner helping to foster a culture of safety and care.
• Conducts oneself in a considerate professional and helpful manner toward fellow employees customers vendors and visitors. This builds trust and strengthens collaboration across the workplace.
• Ensures all actions are in line with Alfa Lavals policies and procedures supporting consistency integrity and respect for our shared values.

You act as a trusted advisorchallenging when needed guiding with confidence and always keeping the long-term business strategy in focus.

What you know:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field is preferred with relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment support role.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes scheduling interviews and candidate communication is highly valued.
• Experience using HR information systems (HRIS) applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar digital tools is a plus - Workday.
• Exposure to a multinational or matrix organization is beneficial but not required.
• Previous experience in HR roles preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and local employment regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically or local.

• Organized proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Build relationships quickly and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and assessment methods.
• Confidence in using digital recruitment tools and systems.
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach and a genuine interest in people.

Physical and Environmental Factors:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasional attendance on shop floor.
• Shop floor: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (steel toe boots safety glasses and ear plugs).
• Shop floor: Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
• Shop floor: The noise level in the work environment is often loud.
