Compensation: $45000$55000 annually

• RReview applications and identify qualified candidates for a variety of positions across the organization.

• Guide candidates through our structured Road to Hire process while providing a professional and positive hiring experience.

• Schedule interviews coordinate calendars communicate with hiring managers and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain candidate records within Hireology and other recruiting systems while managing job postings and recruiting activity.

• Review Culture Index results using established company guidelines.

• Coordinate background checks and assist with offer letter preparation.

• Maintain recruiting spreadsheets reports and hiring trackers.

• Re-engage previous candidates when new career opportunities become available.

• Support career fairs hiring events school partnerships and community recruiting initiatives.

• Partner closely with the Recruiting Manager and dealership leaders to help meet hiring goals across multiple dealership locations.

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

• High attention to detail

• No previous recruiting or Human Resources experience requiredwell provide the training.

• Experience in customer service sales hospitality retail administrative support or other people-focused roles is a plus but not required.
