Recruiting Specialist
Maryville TN Full-Time Permanent
Were looking for a motivated Recruiting Specialist to source screen and engage candidates while delivering an outstanding hiring experience.
What Youll Do:
- Source and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
- Build talent pipelines through job boards referrals and social media
- Support recruiting events and community outreach
- Partner with the recruiting team to achieve hiring goals
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
