Job Summary

Were a fast-scaling company in the construction in-home sales and installation space and were growing fast. We operate in a high-volume high-stakes environment where the right people in the right seats directly drive revenue customer experience and brand reputation. This isnt a sleepy corporate HR function. This is recruiting as a competitive advantage. Were looking for a Recruiting Manager whos built to lead wired to compete and energized by the challenge of scaling a team and a function from the ground up.

Compensation Package: Base salary starting at $105000 Bonus

Youll own full-cycle recruiting for our field and sales operations construction crews installation technicians in-home sales consultants support staff and management teams and build the infrastructure that allows us to hire faster and smarter as we expand into new markets. Right now youll be leading a small team (24 recruiters). Thats intentional. We want someone who can build systems prove the model and grow into leading a recruiting function of 6 as we scale. If you want to inherit a finished department this isnt the role. If you want to build one and take full credit for it read on.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the function not just the requisitions. Youll support setting the strategy: sourcing channels pipeline architecture hiring manager partnerships offer frameworks and the metrics that tell us whether its working. Youll own the number time-to-fill quality of hire offer acceptance rate and youll push to make them better every quarter.
  • Develop your recruiters. Youre not just a senior recruiter with a title. You coach calibrate and hold your team accountable. You give direct feedback recognize results and set a pace that elevates everyone around you.
  • Partner with the business. Youll sit at the table with leadership to ensure there is alignment between all functions.
  • Build for tomorrow. Employer brand referral programs trade school and apprenticeship pipelines various hiring initiatives youll identify the channels others arent using and make us the employer of choice in every market we enter.

What Were Looking For

  • You move fast and you own outcomes. You dont wait to be told what to do. You identify gaps build solutions and measure results. Youre comfortable with ambiguity and you turn it into direction.
  • You lead with energy and earn trust quickly. You build genuine relationships with candidates hiring managers and your team. Youre persuasive without being pushy and people want to follow your lead because you deliver.
  • Youve been in the trenches. You have experience recruiting for field-based trades or in-home sales roles or you understand high-volume highly competitive talent markets and youre ready to learn this one fast.
  • You think in systems. Youre not just filling jobs. Youre building a function. You want the ATS dialed in the sourcing strategy documented the pipeline metrics on a dashboard and the onboarding experience tight.
  • Youre growth-oriented. This role scales with the company. The Recruiting Manager of today is the Head of Talent Acquisition of tomorrow. We want someone who sees that path and is hungry to walk it.

Qualifications: What You Offer

  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a lead or management capacity
  • Experience recruiting for field operations skilled trades in-home sales or comparable hourly/commission roles strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a recruiting team
  • Track record of hitting hiring targets in high-volume or fast-growth environments
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Pre-employment screening includes but isnt limited to motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
