Summary:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical manufacturing and operations roles
Source screen and recruit qualified candidates using job boards social media and networking tools
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support hiring needs and workforce planning
Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring demands
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding compliance and recruiting coordination activities
Work in a fast-paced high-volume recruiting environment
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen lawful permanent resident or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations
5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
5 years of experience recruiting for technical operations manufacturing or engineering roles
Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
Experience using MS 365 products (Teams Excel Word Outlook)
Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Experience recruiting for roles requiring security clearances
Background in aerospace defense or similar regulated industries
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
