JOB TITLE: Technical Recruiter

PAY RATE: $59.13/hr

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier aerospace and defense company.

Summary:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical manufacturing and operations roles

• Source screen and recruit qualified candidates using job boards social media and networking tools

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support hiring needs and workforce planning

• Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring demands

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Support onboarding compliance and recruiting coordination activities

• Work in a fast-paced high-volume recruiting environment

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen lawful permanent resident or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations

• 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience

• 5 years of experience recruiting for technical operations manufacturing or engineering roles

• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments

• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills

• Experience using MS 365 products (Teams Excel Word Outlook)

• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for roles requiring security clearances

• Background in aerospace defense or similar regulated industries

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
