We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers visitors and guests. Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Provide helpful information about products services and company activities.
  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities.
  • Receive and organize mail deliveries and general correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate visitor and customer information.
  • Support customer follow-ups and communication activities.
  • Assist team members with general administrative and customer service tasks.
  • Help coordinate communication between customers and office staff.
  • Organize office materials and supplies as needed.
  • Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
