As the first contact it is imperative thatthe Receptionist has a pleasant and positive demeanor with a neat and cleanappearance to provide a quality first impression for visitors and potentialresidents. Your job is to deliver exceptional customer service by determiningthe nature of business and directing them to their destination whileprotecting the confidentiality of residents. This position may be located inthe lobby or an office within the community.
