Essential Job Functions:Essential Job Functions: Maintains patient records by obtaining and accurately recording patient demographics insurance and billing information. Protects the rights of patients by maintaining confidentiality of personal health and financial information. Provides efficient effective patient care in compliance with clinic policies and procedure legal and regulatory standards. Schedule appointments put in orders update and send tasks in our EMR and update patients charts. Responds promptly professionally and courteously to patients needs. Ability to adapt to change.

Qualifications:Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Outstanding customer service. Attention to detail strong organization skills and to be able to follow through on all tasks. Demonstrates excellent computer telephone and communication skills. Proactive dependable professional and friendly team player. Great with people with the ability to interact with a lot of different personalities. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Medical office experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

Hours:MONDAY-FRIDAY 7:45 am-5 pm with one assigned day off. This position will be in the North locations but must be able to work in all locations Provo American Fork Lehi and Salem. if needed.
