A successful secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a dedicated Reading Tutor to deliver targeted reading interventions to students across KS3 and KS4 from September 2026.

This rewarding role involves working with students on a 1:1 and small group basis to improve reading fluency comprehension confidence and overall literacy attainment.

The Role:

  • Deliver structured reading interventions to students across Years 711
  • Support students with reading fluency comprehension and literacy skills
  • Track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
  • Help create a positive and supportive learning environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • A graduate from a leading university
  • Passionate about literacy and education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient encouraging and organised
  • Previous tutoring mentoring or literacy support experience is desirable
