106.47 per day 532.33 per week (including holiday pay)

A successful secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a dedicated Reading Tutor to deliver targeted reading interventions to students across KS3 and KS4 from September 2026.
This rewarding role involves working with students on a 1:1 and small group basis to improve reading fluency comprehension confidence and overall literacy attainment.
The Role:
- Deliver structured reading interventions to students across Years 711
- Support students with reading fluency comprehension and literacy skills
- Track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
Candidate Requirements:
- A graduate from a leading university
- Passionate about literacy and education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient encouraging and organised
- Previous tutoring mentoring or literacy support experience is desirable
