Raytheon is looking for an individual who can effectively work with our team of experts within the Airborne Radar Electronics Receiver / Exciter Hardware Design Group.

What You Will Do:

• A successful candidate may be involved with any of the following activities:
• Circuit analysis circuit simulation design documentation trade assessments for obsolescence resolution troubleshooting and resolution of hardware performance issues and hardware integration test and verification.
• Work as part of a team design Special Test Equipment (STE) Hardware and Software
• Testing Microwave RF circuits Radio Frequency Assemblies (RFAs) Microwave Integrated Circuits (MICs) Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMAs) Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) & Production support
• Work as part of a team to analyze hardware specifications to determine hardware requirements
• Develop solutions to test issues and develop productivity and efficiency enhancements.
• Interact with test technicians factory facilitators operations managers other engineers Quality Assurance and Reliability personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required asonly U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience in testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Experience working in a lab environment with standard EE lab equipment (i.e. Network Analyzers Spectrum Analyzers Signal Generators Power Meters)
• Experience with design Software: Keysight ADS Sonnet EM Ansys HFSS AutoCAD or comparable
• Experience in software tools including C C LabWindows CVI Matlab
• Courses taken includes RF and Microwave Circuit Design

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 75800 USD - 144200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
