The Business Office Supervisor supports daily business office operations while leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise train and support Business Office team members.
• Oversee patient registration scheduling and front-office operations.
• Ensure excellent patient experiences and efficient daily workflows.
• Assist with phone correspondence medical records and inventory management.
• Collaborate with center leadership to support operational goals.
• Maintain a professional organized and patient-focused environment.

EDUCATION:

• To be competitive must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.

• Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
