Job Summary
POSITION:Before and After School Teacher Assistant
JOB GOAL:To assist the teacher in implementing a structuredbefore and after school program involving learning and physical activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of college
- Current first aid and CPR certification
REPORTS TO:Before and After School Teacherand Principal
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Implement a structured daily program for students attending day care that includes learning activities and physical activities.
-Maintain written reports on children documenting medical safety and/or discipline problems.
-Responsible for following the schools program descriptions and procedures.
-Communicates effectively with staff and families.
-Responsible for the safety and supervision of all students.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:Before and After SchoolSchool Year
SALARY: $17.00 per hour
