Quality Trainee

Looking to start a stable long-term career with room to grow This entry-level Quality Specialist Trainee position offers steady hours great training and a clear path to advancement in a clean high-tech manufacturing environment. No prior experience is needed just a strong work ethic attention to detail and the ability to learn on the job.

Training Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (for a few weeks)
Regular Schedule: ThursdaySunday 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Learn how to test and inspect small electronic parts

• Use basic tools and microscopes to check product quality

• Keep accurate counts and records of the items you work with

• Follow clear instructions and standard procedures

• Report any issues or problems to the team lead or technician

• Help keep your workspace clean and organized

• Complete other simple tasks as assigned

Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer and math skills

• Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods
