Quality Supervisor

A terrific full-time opening has become available in the Bethel NC area for an individual with 3 years of experience as a Quality Supervisor in the boating manufacturing industry. This position would earn a generous base salary with an excellent benefits package including a health and dental package 401k flexible working hours paid vacation and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• 3 years of Quality Control/Assurance for the boating or automotive manufacturing industry is a MUST
• Previous experience in Supervising/Leading a team of 5-10 technicians is a MUST
• Experience ensuring quality metrics business goals deadlines and performance standards are met
• Experience in Fiberglass Resin Epoxy etc. are a PLUS
• Ability to pass a Drug Test and Background Check is a MUST
• Degree or Technical/Vocational schooling is a PLUS but not required
