Job Summary
The Quality Operations Supervisor oversees Quality Operations staff and supports the coordination implementation and monitoring of quality assurance performance improvement compliance and process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role promotes agency-wide adherence to regulatory accreditation contractual and internal quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement consistent with MHMRs We CARE values.
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
Defined Education: Public Health Social Work Healthcare Administration
Data Science Health and Human Services or a related field.
Substitutions: Associate Degree and four (4) years experience High School diploma and six (6) years experience
Years Experience: Two (2) years
Defined Experience: Behavioral Health IDD services or related healthcare fields
Supervisory Experience: One (1) year preferred
