Youll partner cross-functionally with Operations Production and external customers to strengthen quality performance resolve issues proactively and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement throughout the You Will Make an Impact:Lead quality and food safety programs by overseeing compliance audits corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives across the facilityServe as the facility SQF Practitioner and HACCP team member to ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulatory requirementsDrive audit readiness and compliance by managing internal and external audits inspections documentation and training programsStrengthen product quality performance through root cause analysis nonconformance management and corrective action implementationPartner cross-functionally with Operations Production and Supply Chain teams to support quality and food safety objectivesLead customer and supplier quality interactions including complaint resolution inspections and ongoing quality communicationDevelop and deliver training programs that build employee awareness and ownership of quality and food safety standardsSupport operational excellence by identifying opportunities to reduce waste improve consistency and enhance manufacturing performanceDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems food safety and process optimizationThe EssentialsBachelors degree in Engineering Mathematics Sciences or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Management roleStrong knowledge of food safety programs including HACCP Food Defense and Food Fraud preventionExperience leading quality systems within a manufacturing environmentStrong problem-solving analytical and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication leadership and training capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSQF Practitioner CertificationOptional but Impressive:Six Sigma certification or Lean manufacturing experienceExperience supporting multi-site manufacturing operationsBackground in food manufacturing or regulated production environmentsExperience leading customer quality audits and supplier quality initiativesProven success driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency programs#HGISalary2920#LI-JP1
