Job Summary
Duties:
- Summarizes monthly audit reports; Mock codes Nursing Assignments Hand Hygiene 1:1 Q15 Close Observation Constant Observations and documentation of findings related to Full Body Restraints Handcuff and Shackles and 2pt restraints. Identifiers etc. of various units.
- Analyzes documentation and writes monthly reports for Nursing BH Dept. Risk Management and Quality Management.
Skills and Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 3 years experience providing successful oversight and leadership of quality initiatives in a dynamic healthcare setting
- 2 years experience in a care coordination/management setting supporting patients managing multiple chronic health conditions & complex social needs preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Epic electronic medical record system navigation documentation and reporting
- Must be familiar with EPIC.
- Knowleadgeable in Health Home policies and procedures and Quality Assurance models and practices
Education:
- Bachelors degree required
- Masters degree preferred
