Quality Engineer

The Role:

Entegris is seeking aQuality Engineerto join our team. The Quality Engineering (QE) role is dynamic and cross-functional. This new QE will interact at multiple levels and with multiple contact points within the Customer Entegris and Supplier organizations. This role is high impact high output and high visibility. It requires a calm-assertive demeanor and the capability to manage multiple ever-changing priorities.

What Youll Do:

• Engage as guided withFactory product supply chain and other quality teams.

• Execute QE responsibilities as defined by the QE Policy documents Entegris business processes account specific support plan and as led by QE management.

• Support ourAdvanced Purity Solutions inBillerica MA.

• Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving Change Management Customer and Internal Audits Project Development Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.

• Be part of a global team that is designed to improve success of Entegris with our customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of products regions and companies. (customers and suppliers).

• Demonstrate excellence in planning execution discipline learning leadership and teamwork (exemplify Entegris PACE values)

• Provide support for various documentation expectations such as business process documents item tracking performancereporting and continuous improvement project management.

What We Seek:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Mechanical Electric/Electronic Engineering or related technical field.

• Experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality process equipment or materials within the semiconductor industry.

• Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with experience in escalation.

• Project management experience with a focus on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs.

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:

• Experience remotely collaborating with colleagues customers and suppliers in virtual meetings

• Compensation: $90000- 100000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
