Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare services systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicate quality issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions to management and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards such as HIPAA and JCAHO
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
