Quality Analyst

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Perform microbiological analyses of raw materials and finished products following approved testing procedures.

• Support the daily workflow and testing activities within the microbiology laboratory.

• Verify laboratory equipment performance and perform minor maintenance as assigned.

• Prepare reagents media and laboratory supplies to support testing operations.

• Ensure retained samples are properly identified documented and stored.

• Utilize aseptic techniques and maintain laboratory best practices.

• Enter retrieve and maintain testing data using laboratory systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Maintain laboratory housekeeping standards and support sanitation schedule completion.

• Promote safety food safety and quality compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Associate degree or higher in a science-related field or 3 years of experience working as a laboratory analyst or laboratory technician.

• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) or equivalent data management systems.

• Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint.

• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.

• Willingness to wear PPE including steel-toe shoes hard hat hearing protection and safety eyewear.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing walking bending reaching and kneeling.

• Ability to climb stairs and work in industrial production environments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety standards.

• Previous microbiology laboratory experience within the food ingredients or manufacturing industry.

• Experience supporting quality control programs in a regulated environment.
