Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join their team. As a QA you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of the products and services by designing developing and implementing testing strategies and methodologies. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and report defects collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and continuously improve our testing processes.
**Requirements**
* 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies including black box white box and gray box testing
* Proficiency in test planning test case development and test execution
* Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with insurance industry products or services
* Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium Appium)
* Certification in software testing (e.g. ISTQB CSTE)
* Experience with Agile development methodologies
