Job Title : Python Developer with Gen AI

Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with Generative AI experience to join our team in Charlotte NC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development experience building AI-powered applications and knowledge of modern GenAI frameworks and tools.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Python development
Hands-on experience with Generative AI LLMs and AI application development
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain LlamaIndex or similar
Knowledge of OpenAI APIs Azure OpenAI or other LLM platforms
Experience with REST APIs microservices and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone ChromaDB or FAISS
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning
Experience with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
