Location: Reno NV
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay:$20 to $30 per hour DOE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to support daily procurement and inventory operations. This role is responsible for entering production orders generating purchase order numbers and maintaining accurate records to support ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage production orders in the system
- Cut and assign purchase order numbers
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
- Maintain accurate and organized purchasing records
- Support inventory control and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications:
- Previous purchasing or clerical experience preferred
- Understanding of cycle counts and inventory processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Computer literate with the ability to learn internal systems
