About the Role

We are looking for an organized detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support our Procurement Manager and broader purchasing function across our operating companies. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vendors numbers and projects and who thrives in a fast-paced office environment where accuracy and follow-through matter.

What Youll Do

Process and track vendor credit applications and keep vendor records (W-9s COIs terms contacts) up to date.

Review fuel invoices fuel card statements and usage data; help identify pricing trends and discrepancies.

Support purchasing projects sourcing vendor comparisons PO processing and cost-savings initiatives.

Partner with Accounts Payable on invoice clean-up statement reconciliations and PO/invoice matching.

Reconcile company credit card statements code charges and maintain the cardholder log.

Process intercompany PPE purchases track inventory and spend and ensure accurate chargebacks.

Provide day-to-day purchasing support and back-up coverage as needed.

What Were Looking For

2 years of experience in purchasing procurement AP or a related administrative/accounting role.

Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Supply Chain or a related field preferred.

Strong Excel skills (formulas pivot tables); comfortable working in an ERP system.

Excellent attention to detail organization and follow-through.

Competitive hourly pay: $25 $30/hour depending on experience.
