Job Summary
An industrial technology manufacturer and distributor is seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to support procurement inventory management international logistics and supply chain operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and coordinating with suppliers customers logistics providers and teams in both the U.S. and Japan.

Key Responsibilities
- Source industrial parts and obtain vendor quotations
- Manage purchase orders sales orders and customer quotations
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Receive inspect label and organize incoming parts
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Work closely with vendors freight forwarders and internal teams
- Support invoicing order tracking and operational reporting
- Communicate regularly with colleagues and partners in Japan
- Experience in purchasing logistics inventory control or supply chain operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting or finance is a plus
- Japanese language skills are a plus but not required
- Ability to lift packages and perform occasional warehouse-related tasks
- Base Salary: $75000 plus bonus
