Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Deliver therapeutic exercises and manual treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.
Education: Instruct patients on proper body mechanics and Home Exercise Programs (HEP).
Collaboration: Coordinate with Vidas multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery.
Documentation: Complete accurate daily progress notes in the EMR system.
Clinic Flow: Maintain a clean organized gym environment and manage equipment.

Qualifications

Licensure: Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Washington State.
Education: Graduate of an accredited PTA program with a current BLS/CPR certification.
Skills: Strong communication a collaborative mindset and a background in athletics coaching or kinesiology (preferred).
