AFood Court Associateworks in a high-volume fast-paced environment preparing serving and managing food and beverage items for customers in a food court setting. The role requires strong customer service skills food handling knowledge and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Food Preparation & Service: Prepare hot and cold items; operate cooking baking and dispensing equipment.

• Customer Service: Engage with customers in a positive courteous manner; answer questions make menu recommendations and resolve issues promptly.

• Stocking & Restocking: Pull and stock supplies ingredients and condiments; maintain self-serve areas.

• Cleaning & Sanitation: Clean sanitize and maintain kitchen dining and service areas; follow food safety and hygiene standards.

• Order Fulfillment: Take orders (in-person or by phone) assemble items and present them to customers efficiently.

• Team Support:coordinate tasks during peak hours and help other team members as needed
