We are looking for a precise professional and client-centered Psychometrist to join our Testing Department on a full-time basis.

Position Overview: Psychometrist

The Psychometrist administers scores and documents standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments under the direct supervision of a licensed psychologist or neuropsychologist at The ITD Group. This is a full-time on-site clinical position at our administrative office at 2008 Eastview Parkway Suite 200 Conyers GA 30016.

What You Will Bring

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology Social Work Special Education or a related field required; Masters degree preferred
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a clinical or educational setting with a focus on autism spectrum disorders or developmental assessment
  • Knowledge of ASD assessment tools and methodologies (e.g. ADOS BDI CARS Vineland WPPSI WISC)
  • Proficiency in data entry documentation software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to standardized protocol adherence
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families of diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred:

  • Experience working specifically with pediatric populations in an assessment or evaluation setting
  • Familiarity with scoring software for neuropsychological assessment tools
  • Previous experience in an ABA therapy or behavioral health clinic
  • Training in trauma-informed or culturally responsive assessment practices

What Youll Do

  • Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments to pediatric clients following all standardized protocols exactly no deviations without documentation
  • Create a comfortable professional and distraction-free testing environment for every examinee
  • Adapt the testing environment for diverse developmental levels sensory needs and special accommodations as clinically directed
  • Accurately score all test protocols; calculate and verify standard scores percentiles and age equivalents against the manual norms tables
  • Enter all scored data accurately into the approved record system same-day; organize and secure all test materials
  • Prepare detailed accurate behavioral observation notes and test record summaries for the supervising psychologist within the same day or within 3 business days no exceptions
  • Document any deviation from standardized testing procedure immediately with a specific description of what changed and why
  • Communicate significant behavioral observations and any validity concerns to the supervising psychologist before report writing begins
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and case reviews with prepared relevant contributions
  • Maintain strict test security and client confidentiality in all settings at all times

Compensation & Performance-Based Growth

Pay: $25.00$35.00 per hour full-time (40 hours/week).

We use a structured annual performance evaluation system that assesses this role across test administration quality and protocol adherence scoring and data accuracy documentation and reporting timeliness clinical team collaboration and professional conduct and ethics. High performersthose who consistently exceed expectationsare eligible for merit increases of 57% plus bonus consideration. Employees who meet expectations receive 34% annual merit increases.
