The Clinical Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological assessment diagnosis and treatment within an integrated behavioral health team. This role collaborates closely with psychiatrists and therapists to deliver coordinated evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan.Essential Job Functions:
- Conducts psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate functioning support diagnosis and guide treatment planning.
- Administers scores and interprets psychological and neuropsychological testing as clinically indicated and within scope of competence.
- Provides evidence-based therapy using appropriate modalities including CBT trauma-informed care supportive therapy and crisis intervention.
- Develops and updates individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings patient goals and treatment response.
- Collaborates with psychiatrists PMHNPs nurses behavioral health technicians trainees and other team members to support integrated care.
- Provides patient and family education resource linkage and advocacy to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Provides supervision mentorship and consultation to psychology trainees postdoctoral fellows and licensed or provisionally licensed therapists as assigned.
- Maintains timely accurate documentation and participates in case consultation care planning and department activities.
Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
Clinical Psychologist North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners (NDSBPE) Prior to Start Date HR Primary Sources

Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA) Within 90 days of Start Date Learning Management System
