Provider Network Lead

The Position builds and manages the nationwide provider network that delivers examinations on time and within customers geographic rules. They ensure adequate specialty coverage credentialing accuracy and malpractice compliance. Their leadership guarantees exam readiness across all regions.
This position is located in Fairfax VA but may also be worked from our Lafayette LA office.

Recruit onboard and credential multi specialty examiners nationwide
Manage provider coverage scheduling coordination and network adequacy
Ensure compliance with licensure malpractice and credentialing standards
Oversee performance monitoring remediation and quality outcomes
Coordinate travel or mobile clinical support for special populations

Bachelors degree
79 years managing healthcare provider networks
Experience with credentialing workflows and malpractice verification
Familiarity with DBQs disability assessments and clinical operations
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Experience with telehealth networks and rural coverage expansion

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $143500.00 $310700.00.
