The Prototype Build Engineer will be responsible for managing all prototype build activities including:
Responsibilities
- Leading part procurement and supplier issue resolution across multiple programs.
- Prototype design support.
- BOM creation.
- Process sheet creation for build operators.
- Resolving any build floor issues affecting quality engineering design manufacturing process and timing.
Experience Required
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Basic Vehicle build process knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of CATIA V5 and/or NX TeamCenter.
- Strong Leadership Communication and Program Management skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with preparing presentations and presenting to all levels of management.
- 0-5 years experience
Education Required
- Bachelors degree
