Job Summary
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing portfolio of multi-tenant retail and industrial assets including owned properties and third-party managed assets.
This is a highly visible position that offers significant autonomy direct exposure to ownership and the opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling a best-in-class property management platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence financial performance tenant satisfaction and long-term asset value across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned retail and industrial properties while maintaining high standards of property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance repairs preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
Develop and manage annual operating budgets forecasts and expense controls while monitoring property financial performance.
Review monthly financial statements variance reports CAM reconciliations and ownership reporting packages.
Administer lease agreements and ensure compliance with all lease terms including rent schedules CAM charges insurance requirements co-tenancy provisions exclusive use clauses and other critical lease obligations.
Coordinate lease renewals amendments tenant move-ins and move-outs and support leasing activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants fostering strong relationships and ensuring prompt resolution of tenant concerns.
Develop scopes of work manage vendor bidding processes negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance and compliance.
Ensure vendors meet insurance safety and contractual requirements.
Develop refine and document property management policies procedures and standard operating practices.
Support the expansion and growth of third-party property management services.
Maintain accurate property records tenant databases vendor information and operational documentation.
Monitor compliance with local state and federal regulations as well as property safety and risk management requirements.
Coordinate insurance compliance claims management and life-safety programs.
Identify operational and financial risks and proactively implement solutions to protect and enhance asset value.
Collaborate with ownership brokers tenants vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and maximize portfolio performance.
Required Qualifications:
6 10 years of commercial property management experience preferably with retail and/or industrial assets.
Strong experience managing operating budgets financial reporting and CAM reconciliations.
Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
Deep understanding of commercial lease administration and lease structures.
Experience overseeing vendors capital improvement projects and operational compliance initiatives.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with ownership tenants vendors and internal teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an ownership-oriented mindset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with institutional owners or owner-operator real estate platforms.
Familiarity with MRI software.
CPM RPA or similar professional designation.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
Prior experience within manufacturing industrial equipment distribution machine tool or heavy equipment environments
