Project Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong wood-frame construction experience and can manage subcontractors maintain schedules and ensure jobsite safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.

• Ensure work meets project schedules plans specifications and safety standards.

• Maintain daily reports progress photos inspection records and project documentation.

• Track RFIs submittals inspections and schedule updates.

• Identify and resolve field issues delays and quality concerns.

• Lead jobsite meetings and communicate with project teams and stakeholders.

• Maintain a safe organized and professional jobsite.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in multifamily construction.

• Direct experience with wood-frame construction.

• Ability to read construction drawings specifications and schedules.

• Strong leadership communication documentation and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with construction reporting and project management software.

• Commitment to safety quality and on-time project delivery.

• Ability to navigate active construction sites including uneven surfaces and stairs.
