Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team full-time. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients contractors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan organize and manage construction projects from start to finish

- Develop project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans

- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations

- Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible

- Oversee and manage project teams including contractors and subcontractors

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines and budgets are met

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company and industry standards

- Manage project documentation including contracts permits and change orders

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
