Project Manager Residential

Are you an experienced Architectural Project Manager who enjoys leading residential projects from concept through construction Were seeking a collaborative professional to manage exciting low-density and single-family residential projects while partnering closely with clients consultants and design teams.

What Youll Do

• Lead residential architectural projects through Design Development Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Manage project schedules budgets scope and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate consultants and internal project teams.
• Prepare proposals contracts and fee estimates.
• Mentor and support junior architectural staff.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of architectural project management experience.
• Experience with single-family and low-density residential projects.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes permitting and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
