Itron is looking for an experiencedProject Managerto work as an integral part of our Network Solutions- Program Management Office (PMO). In this role the Project Manager would manage and lead multiple simultaneous complex solution projects in the validation and integration of Itrons products into ODM partners solution to satisfy customer requirements. This requires coordination of cross-functional Itron (product management hardware firmware software test regulatory procurement quality delivery etc.) teams and ODM partnersfocused on delivering new or upgrading existing solutions. The Project Manager would also be responsible for monitoring the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of hardware integration projects from concept to production
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules across hardware firmware software and test engineering
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure milestone adherence across phase gates DVT EVT prototype builds etc.
• Manage critical-path dependencies between functional teams such as hardware firmware software manufacturing and external vendors
• Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams across all levels of the organization and provide leadership to project core team to deliver projects on time within budget and with high quality while achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
• Monitor overall project identify track and mitigate potential risks and obstacles such as scope creep resource and personnel shortfalls and problems with schedule release delays and budget overruns.
• Communicate progress to all levels of the business regularly.
• Manage effective decision making with leadership and teams.
• Manage and drive projects using Itrons Product Life Cycle process.
• Contribute to the refinement of project lifecycle process.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree required in related field such as Engineering
• 3 years of experience as aprogram manager project manager product engineer or systems engineer managing software/firmware/hardware development and deliver HW products/platforms/solutions.

• Experience aligning internal and external stakeholders on system decisions and trade-offs.
• Good leadership skills with excellent communication organizational and people skills and the ability to work with cross-functional groups spread globally including diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Ability to present concise and relevant project information to management.
• Tools: MSOffice MS Project SharePoint Azure

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• PMP Certification preferred or an equivalent combination of education experience and / or training.
• Agile development experience a plus.

Compensation Info:

Liberty Lake WA: The base salary is $75000.00- $115000.00.
