Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning implementation and tracking of various construction projects. You will work closely with clients subcontractors and our internal team to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation

- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations

- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets

- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met

- Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and senior management

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among project team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes methods and materials

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- PMP certification is a plus
