WhatYoullDo

• Manageandcoordinateactiveheavycivilconstructionprojectstypicallyoverseeingapproximatelytwoprojectsatatime.
• Coordinateownerssubcontractorsfieldcrewsandprojectstakeholders.
• Conductweeklyjob-sitevisitsbasedonprojectneedsandprojectphase.
• Leadprojectandschedulingcoordinationmeetings.
• Overseegradingasphaltpavingundergroundutilitiesdrainageretainingwallsandrelatedcivilscopes.
• Coordinatebridgecrewsandsupportstructuralconcreteoperations.
• Trackprojectcostsandmaintainaccuratemonthlybillings.
• Supportcontractnegotiationsandpurchaseordermanagement.
• Priceandmanagechangeordersthroughoutthelifeoftheproject.
• Workcloselywithestimatorstosupportprojectpricingandcostcontrol.
• Manageprojectcloseoutwhileassistingwithplanningforupcomingwork.
• Moveseamlesslybetweenestimatingprojectmanagementfieldcoordinationandprojectadministration.
